The owner of the masseria San Michele, Lorenzo Antonacci, was born and raised in the Bari. After many years of living in Bologna for work, he decided to go back to his roots and embrace the high quality of life that one finds in Puglia. He is very passionate about anything related to the ocean wheather it is sailing, diving or fishing. He discovered the masseria in 2010 when he originally bought it as a holiday home for this family. Today he lives there fulltime and wants to share this superb experience with family, friends and his guests.In Apulia, on the southeastern hills of the murgia and precisely at the slopes of Martina Franca (20min from the Adriatic Sea and 25mins from the Ionian Sea), you'll find the Masseria San Michele, a fortified structure dating back to 1700 with an adjoining consecrated church dedicated to the homonymous saint.The Masseria is immersed in the heart of the Valle d'itira valley in an oasis of peace, relaxation and absolute tranquility.The familiar atmosphere, the cozy and serene ambience, the privileged location, will engage our guests in a relaxing, pampered experience in a paradise of rare beauty.
