Focus on small parts up to 1 inch in diameter for 64 cavity mold (fit in your pocket size) with ability for micromolding & diameter up to 3.5 cubic inches. Horizontal molding & vertical overmolding using the following resins: polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon, acetal, ABS, acrylic. Industries served include medical, toys, electronics, hobby, garments, OEM components. Medical class 100 cleanroom, air quality checked, ongoing QC at all phases of production. Startup services includes engineering project management, CAD modeling, prototyping, & mold tooling. Production runs from low volume (10,000 pieces) to high volume (250 million pieces). Value add services include ultrasonic welding, packaging, warehousing & on time delivery.
