As human being, most of us are, from when we are born, goal orientated. From learning to walk, talk, ride a bike, we seek to accomplish the things we want until doubts and fears stop us in our tracks. Still, reaching our goal is what makes us feel alive, connected to something bigger. This tingling feeling in your head, your heart and your gut, it is your goal trying to materialize. You know it is there and the only thing stopping it from being achieved, is you. We often spend our time daydreaming of what we want, what could be, but bringing these dreams to reality by stepping into actions sometimes seems unrealistic . When doubts and fears arise, it is a natural part of the pursuit of your goal but sometimes it can be strong enough for you put an end to your dream and leave you with feelings of frustration, failure and regrets. For many years I have tried to answer these questions for myself; What makes people give up on their goal and go back to the security of what they were doing before? How can getting out of your comfort zone become comfortable?Where are these doubts and fears arise from? How can I transform them? Through research and experimentation I came to discover the answers. I made the decision to take the path to my goal. I did not know how to get to it but I had a plan. I pushed my way to it, tried many roads, came across many roadblocks which stopped me many times. The doubts but especially the fears would paralyze me. I took many steps back but pushed on forward even when I did not believe in it anymore. And then everything became clear, something inside of me opened and without needing any strength, my goal became my obsession. The roadblocks were smaller and smaller and I believed that I could reach my goal. From then on, I truly believed that everything is possible.Do you want to live the life you want?
