Founded in 1992, Matchboard are looking forward to celebrating their 30th anniversary next year. The years of investment and development of our own profiling machines, CNC and beam saws, 3 paint shops and now print department have enabled us to create a diverse range of MDF products offering versatility and durability combined with innovative designs and quality workmanship. We hold 5 accreditations including the FSC® for MDF products and supply to many high street and prominent industrial clients.Environmental awareness has always been at the forefront of our companie's policies, installing an impressive fully automated waste disposal incinerator/furnace system which recycles all the factories waste into usable energy to heat the factory.More recent years have seen us introduce our ‘walk in' Trade Counter serving local companies and the general public complimented with our online shop www.housofmdf.co.uk also an internal print company Image 2020 with it's incredible high resolution flatbed printer capable of printing on to flat sheets of material up to 8x4'.Some of the MDF products developed and produced in the factory include, Matchboard, Panel Plus, Panel Fast, Flexible MDF, FX Replica MDF and 3D Sculptured panels.Our brands offer the ideal solution to meet all your project requirements.
