Banking & Financial Services sector in India has seen a tremendous growth since 2003, however skilled resources have not grown by the same quantum. Matrix Training was founded in 2006 by ex-bankers with an agenda to fill this skill gap by providing practical trainings through a team of expert trainers who have hands-on experience in the sector. Since inception we have provided varied services to our clients. Thus for institutions who already have an in-house training staff but are looking for a specific expertise that we carry, we conduct one-off or regular programs as part of a training calendar. We also help in bringing the in-house training team up the curve by conducting Train the Trainer(TTT) programs. For some institutions we work as an outsourced (but integrated) training provider. Some others need help with content development whereas some simply need our team of trainers to conduct specific programs. We have various ready-to-deliver programs in areas like Banking, Investments, Financial Planning, Wealth Management and Insurance. In banking we conduct various programs on the Retail Banking side like Banking Orientation, Branch Banking Operations, KYC & Anti-Money Laundering as well as skill programs like Selling Skills, Cross-selling in Branch & customer service. In Investments we have wide range of programs. Thus there are basic programs for entry level staff like AMFI Mutual Funds (Advisors) Module Preparatory, Equity & Debt Concepts as well as some more advanced and complex programs on Derivatives, Risks, Financial Planning, Asset Allocation and many more. We also conduct investor education seminars in collaboration with our clients. In the Insurance sector we have been again catering to the needs of the business on giving them an overview of financial sector and financial markets and how the interplay of various factors affects the insurance products and industry. Our target audience is largely entry level and middle level executives, distributors and vendors even though some of our programs are relevant across hierarchical sections of an organisation. Our trainers have first hand experience of working in various institutions in the Banking & Financial Services Industry (BSFI). We feel that this gives our programs an edge from a practical viewpoint.
