These people often have titled like C-Level, SVP, VP, GM, and so forth. Our work usually focuses on helping clients address two critical questions: Why do people support you (and your projects)? And, why do they resist you? Leaders who can answer those questions often do a much better job of building support and commitment to their ideas. Those who can't answer those questions, often inadvertently invite resistance and apathy.
