The investment strategy is built on a foundation of robust research and analysis which we believe is fundamental to the process and success of our investment theses. Our process starts with a top-down approach, identifying structural drivers and macro themes that contribute to investment performance, but ultimately our principal strategy is a bottom-up investment management and local sub-market approach. Our aim is to identify and source assets priced at or below replacement cost and then manage the risk through the cycle, providing reliable income distributions and with a focus on long-term capital preservation and growth.
