Since 2003, we have been developing innovative technologies for booking taxis, making our service more modern, accessible and safe. Accounting for the specific features of big cities and small towns, we let passengers book taxis in whatever way they find convenient. Drivers can more efficiently find and transport passengers, reducing passengerless driving and idle time.The company began as a small taxi booking service in Shadrinsk, a small Ural town. It was founded by young engineers from Kurgan, who were experts at industrial processes and production automation.They wanted to automate the process of booking taxis as much as possible and make their service broadly available.The company`s path of continuous improvement led its founders to create a division of labor, with everyone performing a specialized role. Some people would build a modern call center and train operators, some people would develop software and provide technical support, some people would attract customers and drivers, and others would do the driving. Today the service involves the teamwork of specialists in a wide variety of disciplines.In the first six years, operations were established in four cities, efficient business processes were organized, and a culture of mutually beneficial cooperation was formed. As a result, the company has continued to expand. For example, we opened branches in seven cities simultaneously in 2009 and expanded to 17 more cities in 2010.
