Professionals trusting themselves, others and life, taking the lid of the amount of freedom they have with their time, friends/family and life beyond work and in turn amping up the abundance in their lives.To do this there are three areas we focus on resonance (celebrating their genius), influence (the way they connect with others) and affluence (being the example).If we think about how teams can experience inconsistent results both personally and professionally, they are scattered (torn between different areas of their lives/departments/customers) or they have lost who they are in the profession, most experience constraint as a result of unmet expectations and lose their impact as a result of doing things hard. We start by looking at which one of these three is costing them the most right now.
