Since 2011 Maxxwell Production is the only company which provided Enhance Oil Recovery (EOR) processes with unique Slotting Perforation Technology (SPT) on real wells in the United States and Canada territories - cutting of deep continuous slots (do not confuse with point jets perforation) along the well casing through a casing string, cement ring and further in a productive formation, using a special patented SPT tool/equipment. SPT processes due development of newly drilled and restoring of old low-productive, dry, dead, abandonment oil, gas and injection wells were successfully conducted in the United States (California, Kansas, Nebraska, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas) and in Canada (Manitoba, Saskatchewan). SPT - one of the main methods of opening the productive formation through the casing, and cement sheath into the productive formation by cutting deep slots along the wellbore for activation and intensifying productive debits flow in oil and gas wells. As a result, the cutting slots have a much greater depth (4-5 feet in contrast with other point jets perforation), large drainage area (26.3 ft² per each linear foot), creates excellent hydrodynamic connection of the well with productive reservoir, unloads the near wellbore zone by the transformation of annular stresses at the ends of the cut slots, correspondingly increasing the permeability, accordingly improving the reservoir properties of the reservoir, respectively increasing the production flow. SPT applicable to any formation (carbonates, sandstones, limestone, shales, etc.), any conditions (thin-interbedded layers, close-drowning, low-temperature, high-viscosity, loose sands wells, etc.) and in any sequence with the other methods.Maxxwell Production operates by own slot perforation tool, developed and produced by own design, according to own patents, confirmed and protected by United States and Canada Patent and Trademark Offices.
