Mayco Construction is a family owned commercial general contractor that provides construction services to businesses, building owners, managers, architects and designers. Mayco is composed of qualified managers and engineers as well as a Network of skilled and professional subcontractors to ensure that we can deliver a quality build-out on time and within budget.Jon May founded Mayco Commercial Construction with his clients in mind. He developed his vision for during his years of experience in the commercial construction industry and committed to providing the best quality service and attention to detail for his clients. Jon's motto is, "on time and within budget" and aims to ensure each project is just that! His organization and scheduling before, during and after each project, terrific relationships with trades around the Bay Area, and attention to detail has set him up for success with all projects ranging from small to large tenant improvements in class-A commercial buildings. Jon attributes his success and eye for detail on the job to his upbringing and both of his parents also being in the commercial construction industry. He jokingly says, "I was raised on a job site," as he recalls his summer jobs working as a laborer and carpenter's assistant throughout high school and college. Having years of experience on the job has provided Jon with knowledge and understanding of each trade and the quality of work he now expects.
