Mayo Mental Health Association provides a free signposting service that helps support people of all ages who may be experiencing mental health difficulties. Presently we cover the following four areas: Information CentreOur information centre provides a free confidential sign posting service for persons of the community experiencing mental health difficulties, or if they require advice for members of their family we can do that through our directory of services.Social HousingCurrently, in partnership with the HSE, St. Vincent de Paul and Mayo County Council, we provide good quality accommodation for over 40 residents in Castlebar, Westport and Ballina whom are experiencing mental health difficulties.Schools Education Programme"Breathe" was set up in 2013 to promote, participate and facilitate mental health awareness and well-being for students in an interactive format.
