Maytown USA is an innovative international residential project conceived and operated by Royal Senior Management Group, Inc., to build and foster multicultural, multigenerational communities for our world's increasing population of active seniors who want to age well the old-fashioned way – surrounded by a community of care.Incorporated in Delaware in August 2017, Royal Senior Management Group (RSMG) formed under the leadership of Dr. Fuxian "Roy" Li and Mr. Shuanghong "Shawn" He, who were joined by Dr. Brecken Chinn as Chief Executive Officer and Ms. Hedy Mora as Director of Administration.The RSM team formed around the vision of transforming the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) industry from within by developing a retirement system that reaches across international borders and across generations. RSM's Maytown USA project is committed to building a network of connected "small towns" where people can retire within a full community founded on active engagement, rich programming, and supported opportunities for international travel.At present, there are fifteen Maytown communities planned -- ten in southern China, starting in Jingshan, Hubei Province, and five communities planned for the US, starting in Tucson, Arizona. The Maytown USA mission is to build residential communities that bring together generations and cultures in an atmosphere of safety, compassion, and mutual respect, living sustainably in harmony with the natural world. Maytown communities strive to adopt the highest standards toward green living and community engagement.
