Mayuresh Gears Pvt. Ltd. (MGPL) was founded in 2004. We are one of India's foremost suppliers for equipments like geared motors, gear boxes with thrust bearings and twin screw gear boxes both co and counter rotating for countless industries. In 2014 MGPL started manufacturing Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders for plastic industry. Our Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders are used for manufacturing of master batches and compounding. Apart from Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruders, we also manufacture Lab Extruders as per client's specifications. After serving plastic industry since long, we have now diversified into food processing industry since 2018. We supply twin screw co-rotating extruders with segmented screw and barrel with various L/D ratios. The elements on the screw can be re-arranged depending upon the product to be manufactured as well as need of the process. Our twin screw co-rotating extruder is very easy to maintain.
