ODYSSEY supports the development of the next generation of leaders - those who will lead tomorrow's businesses with integrity and morality - via: - a unique, well-rounded rigorous competition;- bringing together the best and the brightest MBA students from around the world with different education, industry and cultural backgrounds;- facilitating a closer relationship amongst the next global business leaders;- engaging the present world leaders so the next generation is prepared for the challenges of the workplace;- promoting a holistic, global outlook to tackle today's most complex issues; and- seeking to promote a strong social and ethical awareness amongst participants.
