Offering a 24/7 Urgent Care Hotline for our patients to speak to a medical professional and schedule at home visits if needed.Our 10 full service medical centers and wellness centers are located throughout Miami Dade, Broward and Polk counties to offer our excellent medical services to every Medicare beneficiary with no restriction of where they live.
