MC Communication Strategies is made up of partners Cheryl Galante and Maybelle Lincoln. They began working together at a company that facilitated compassionate communication training for hospitals. After ten years of successfully running these trainings, we realized that there was an opportunity here to transform healthcare by putting the patient's voice front and center, particularly those who felt left behind. We developed a plan in which all stakeholders can be involved in the conversation, where healthcare providers, institutions, pharma and everyone who cares about making the lives of patients better can contribute to building a new pathway to trust. While we are starting with programs for physicians, hospitals and healthcare institutions, we envision possibilities that will include industry executives who amplify the patient's voice in strategic planning, product development and clinical trials.
