This private legal and translation practice, founded in 2012, aims to provide honest solutions for complex matters. Having worked for nearly a decade as in-house counsel for a large multinational company, I am fully aware of the concerns that corporate clients bring to the negotiating table. And after participating in transactions both big and small, I possess the ability and experience to help clients of any size achieve their business goals. I provide legal advice in Spanish, English and French, specialising in international contract and business law. Whether adapting to the language, laws and business culture of my clients, or serving as a translator, both legal and linguistic, between my clients and their business partners, I always try to be clear, concise and to facilitate communication while always protecting my clients' interests. Furthermore, I also provide legal translation and interpretation services. In 2008 I was appointed as Sworn Translator-Interpreter for English by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. My legal training and experience as a practicing attorney, drafting and handling complex legal documents, are crucial to the quality of my work so that my clients, often other lawyers, can rely on me to deliver accurate, readable and immediately usable documents in a timely fashion. As a solo practitioner I also cooperate with a few selected colleagues when the interests of my clients' so require, given that I believe in excellence, and in my opìnion specialisation is the key to achieving high quality results.
