McCarty Property Investments, also know as MPI, strives to have a business and personal relationship with their tenants. They know every tenant by name and hope to keep it that way as they expand. MPI is a "hands on" company and if you don't see Jon or Brooke you will see a contractor they've hired to work for them. MPI prides themselves in using reputable contractors and maintenance workers. They want their tenants to always feel safe and secure. McCarty Property Investments, LLC is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Jon and Brooke McCarty. Brooke specializes in the leasing and tenant management. She is a licensed and active Missouri Real Estate Broker. She uses this experience and knowledge to help with her duties. Jon focuses on the financial aspects and maintenance of the properties. Jon is a local real estate lender and very comfortable with the financials of the company. Brooke is a graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She has a BSBA degree with an emphasis in Marketing. Jon is a graduate of Central Missouri State University.
