In the current economic crisis, lenders are consumed with managing their existing portfolios and focused on preserving precious capital. Meanwhile, real estate investors have shifted their focus from equity to debt investments and are eager to have greater access to debt investment opportunities. Our purpose is to serve our banking clients and our investor network by facilitating the market for real estate loan sales. We do so through price discovery and by securing a fair market price for each loan, which frees up banks to redeploy capital in this high return environment.
