McCreadies is a privately owned partnership of Chartered Quantity Surveyors based out of two offices in the UK that has worked providing a range of services to the Construction Industry since 1991.We have the Flexibility, Knowledge and Systems in place to effectively manage our services delivered against demanding criteria from projects valued from a few thousand pounds to hundreds of millions. McCreadies provides specialist Cost Management and Procurement advice to the UK and Irish Telecommunications industry to drive down costs whilst improving value.We have experience with over 25,000 sites throughout the uk whilst working for CTIL, Orange, O2, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Three, Airwave, Gridcom, UK Broadband, Pipex Wireless, Shared Access, Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, Babcock Networks, New Edge Telecommunications (NET), Alan Campbell Communications and QS4.We have in depth experience of providing independant cost advice and liasion between Telco operators with management of costs in large scale multi operator sites in the past and work on major in building projects and macrosite installations associated with London 2012.We have experience in the rail industry working with Parsons Brinckerhoff on the Network Rail National Stations Improvement Programme (NSIP) in the Wessex region.We also have a healthy interest in Retail with clients including B&Q, Capital and Regional, Mexx, Timberland etc.Our involvement in the residential market includes several developers including the National Bank of Australia and other regional companies.Our educational experience comes in the form of Filton and St Brendens College, Bath University, Haberdashers School in Monmouth, Wycliffe school in Stroud and Withington Girls School in Manchester amongst othersWe are always looking for new opportunities and we would welcome approaches from all corners of the industry.
