We are a local Certified Public Accounting firm and have been a member of the business community for more than 40 years. We offer a broad range of professional services in various industries, from assurance and tax services to consulting, internal audit outsourcing and business valuations. Since 1998 , we have been a proud member of the McGladrey Alliance, which consists of some ninety progressive CPA Firms nationwide and 400 Firms worldwide through an affiliation with RSM International. This affiliation allows us to provide highly specialized services and national experience to our clients at a local level. We are also members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Center for Public Company Audit Firms. We are subject to a Peer Review of our Accounting and Auditing Procedures every three years, which is performed by outside independent reviewers. Based on the review conducted in 2008, we were once again issued an unmodified opinion on our quality control procedures. We are also subject to inspection by the PCAOB due to our audits of public companies.
