McKnight Smith Ward Griffin Engineers, Incorporated provides Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression and Electrical engineering services specializing in design and consultation in collaboration with architects, owners, and developers, we have been planning and executing engineering designs for fifty years for clients in the residential, corporate, commercial, institutional, governmental, industrial, health care, religious, athletic, educational, and entertainment fields. Our services include design, consulting, energy analysis, evaluation of maintenance and operating costs, assistance in bid negotiations, construction administration, preparation of specifications, and contract documents. Many of our projects are government owned facilities, part of an existing campus context, and many of the buildings were occupied or semi-occupied during the hours of construction. We produce quality designs within scheduled time frames and budgets. Our engineers with our staff of interns, designers, and draftsmen are successful in meeting our goals of satisfying project objectives by placing continued emphasis on designs that fulfill the owner's criteria in keeping with current construction materials and practices, federal and state laws, regulations, codes, and permits.
