McMaster Yoga Club aims to make practicing yoga more accessible and affordable for staff and students. We offer a variety of yoga and fitness classes during the Fall and Winter semesters. We host classes on campus in DBAC's Mindfulness Centre and off-campus through partnerships with various yoga/fitness in the surrounding Hamilton community. Our goal is to promote mindfulness and the care for students' physical and mental health, while building a strong and inclusive community.
