MCT builds, remodels, owns and manages apartments in Manhattan, Plainfield and Ottawa, Illinois. Our one, two and three bedroom apts range from $550/month for a one-bedroom unit in Ottawa to a three-bedroom duplex in Manhattan for $1,200/month.Currently we own 75 units and are looking to expand. Looking for depressed units in good neighborhoods, bank repos or land zoned for apts.Just completed building an 8-unit building in Manhattan (2010), and investigating the possibility of constructing the same building in Ottawa for summer of 2011.We coordinate the construction or remodeling of all of our projects and manage them upon completion.
