First performed in one of Chicago's famed Second City Theaters, "Me Talking, Mostly" is a playful look at the art of performing. Through storytelling, poetry, music, audience interaction and physical humor, this solo sketch show explores the state of modern comedy and examines the absurd nature of laughter. By diving into collective audience expectations, showing the thoughts a performer has while onstage and song & dance, this playful twist on the genre will make you think, but most importantly make you laugh through its silliness, reflection and delightful absurdism.
