MEAD (Mindset Enrichment for Africa's Development) initiative was found in recognition of the enormous human resource potential untapped in Africa and the benefit of harnessing these potentials for socio-economic development.We are a purpose-driven data organization that brings together professionals from across Africa and beyond to enable HR capacity development in the continent using AI solutions as a tool to enable learning and development.What we would like to see is an Africa where talents regardless of socio-economic status—have access to a job portal that is tailored to guide and direct every talent through learning, and development.
