As a Coach, my passion is in helping people (individuals and teams) to discover and develop their personal power: Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Confidence, Interpersonal Relationships, Organization/Prioritization, Leadership and Action-Taking.Equus Coaching and Equine Facilitated Learning are types of cutting edge experiential learning environments, designed to immerse individuals and teams in an environment where they can see themselves more clearly and become aware of how they are perceived, and have immediate affects on their environments. Once clients can see their own patterns clearly, they have the opportunity, in real time, to experience how a new way of feeling and being can change the people and environments they work and live in. All experiences are facilitated by me, a Certified Equus Coaching and RingLeader Equine Coach Faculty Trainer - and are groundwork activities customized for the group participating (no riding involved, no experience necessary).As a Coach, Consultant and Partner in your personal and professional development journey, I pride myself on supporting you as you learn to examine you own assumptions and see things from new perspectives! Through meaningful dialogue, we explore how to navigate stressors, set healthy boundaries, and gain confidence in your roles – at home, and at work. I serve as a motivator, a strategist, and accountability partner in my clients' personal and professional development journeys.
