We're a third-generation butchers with a difference. Originally Bristol Meat Trader, after listening to the needs of chefs across the country we evolved to become Meat Hook – a meat expert that works with chefs, not just for them. From humble beginnings on Gloucester Road in Bristol to our purpose-built FSA approved factory, we don't just supply superior meat such as Ashdale and Scotch beef. We also train, advise and collaborate with chefs so that they can get their menu spot on.
