For 45 years, we have been designing and building moulds for moulding plastic materials and we have been dealing with injection moulding and metal replacement. We have a moulding department with 10 injection moulding machines with a range from 60 to 380 tons of clamping force, equipped with Kluin Wijhe B.V. injection units and Maxi Melt plasticizing screw, specific for high-performance technopolymers. Our long expertise and continuous updating on the innovation of polymers, their characteristics, possible applications, design methods, moulding and mould construction, allow us to analyse projects and propose solutions to customers in a wide range of sectors. Some years ago we invented and introduced to the market an innovative product: GREENLIFETIRE, 100% recyclable seeder wheels made of high quality thermoplastic polymers, that give the wheel superior technical performance: they are more resistant to abrasion, puncture, cut and its propagation, bead-dislodgement, more durable, more advantageous, lighter, have a better elastic response and therefore better ground detachment, do not deflate and at the same time they are not subject to disposal fees, do not release material into the soil and contribute to the reduction of environmental pollution. Since we manufacture the wheels completely in-house, we can customise them both aesthetically according to the companies' colours and technically by increasing or reducing the hardness to suit the customer's requirements.
