Meccanica S.T.M. S.r.l., based in Crocetta del Montello (Treviso), was founded in 1977. The company manufactures medium-sized and small moulds, tests moulds and conducts modification and/or maintenance of existing moulds. At present, it has a staff of 33, employed in its Engineering Office, Production Department and administration division. Meccanica STM is fully equipped to process customer enquiries and come up with the most suitable and most economic system for each project. To do so, it uses traditional construction methods or CAD-CAM design resources, depending on the difficulties posed by the model and time required for production. Thanks to the use of some of the most advanced software resources available today, including the DELCAM system, top product quality is ensured.Our production workshop includes a full range of high-speed machining centres capable of working round the clock (24/24). Meccanica STM also provides its customers with its own specialist competence in the field of moulded parts production. Our many years of experience, and our highly qualified personnel, advanced machinery technology and constantly updated and upgraded software programs have all contributed to our success, both in Italy and abroad. On the strength of these resources, Meccanica STM's customer base has come to include major companies renowned as leaders within their field.As a result of in-depth research and intensive team work with specialists from the medical sector, Meccanica STM has improved a good number medical devices (many of these items have been patented by Mr Corrado Menegazzo). In this manner, Meccanica STM enhances the quality of life of hospital patients and others during their day-to-day lives.
