About UsRed Drop Resources, formerly Med City Foundation, was founded in March 2014 in the memory of Ralph Wright-Peterson who passed away from leukemia in 1995. His family was inspired by their own experience to work to help other patients and their families. MissionTo support the non-medical needs of patients battling blood cancers in Rochester, MN. Vision• Educate and engage the Rochester, MN community in the needs of blood cancer patients locally • Assist in educational support for blood cancer patients and survivors through theRalph Wright-Peterson Scholarship Fund to ensure that all patients and survivors have the opportunity to continue their education• Reaching out to patients currently living in or receiving treatment in the SoutheasternMinnesota area to assist in meeting their basic, financial, and psycho-social needs• Support the needs of local hospitals and treatment facilities for continued improvement, including staff development and facility/equipment upgrades• Assist in the recruitment of services that support blood cancer patients including but not limited to blood donation and bone marrow registration
