Founded spontaneously by a group of Chinese Australians who care deeply about the healthcare workers fighting at frontline of the COVID-19 epidemic, MedFamiliy is staffed entirely by volunteers. All members work voluntarily, use their own resources, and are dedicated to help fighting the epidemic. We raise funds to procure TGA-certified personal protective equipment (PPE), including medical masks, N95 mask, protective suits and gowns. We then donate these PPE to designated Australian hospitals.
