The Medi-Spa Division of Steiner Leisure provides cosmetic medical services to the cruise industry. The division is lead by Dr. Brad Herman, Steiner's Medical Director, and Jeanette Sian, Director of the Medi-Spa Division. Dr. Herman is a board-certified plastic surgeon with a practice in Miami, Florida. The Spa Physician specializes in facial cosmetic medical procedures. Physicians must possess the clinical knowledge to administer these procedures safely and effectively and be able to explain accurately all aspects of the products and services to the guests. Physicians must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide aesthetic medical solutions safely and effectively to address the concerns of the spa clients.International Medical Graduates (IMGs) are welcome to apply. This is a great opportunity to build your clinical knowledge and experience and manage your own aesthetic practice at sea—all while earning money and traveling the world.This is more than a clinical observership; you will gain hands-on clinical experience with US patients. Also, for those applying for US residency programs, you will have sufficient time to study for your USMLE exams. At successful completion of your contract, you will be provided a Letter of Recommendation if requested.
