Media Control Commissioning Management Team provide a truly effective addition to your own Project Team by influencing the activities of everyone involved in order to make the building operate successfully by:• Reviewing submitted design documents, systems commission provision• Commissioning tech subs for technical content and contract compliance• Organising workshops with trade contractors and the client to expedite sign-off• Producing commissioning plans and programmes• Producing a test and commissioning tracker document• Producing a schedule of commissioning RAMS (risk assessments/method statements)• Reviewing, commenting on and approving contractors' commissioning RAMS• Organising and attending all equipment factory acceptance testing (FAT) and producing reports• Checking the ongoing installation for commissioning readiness• Interfacing with the package managers on installation matters impacting the commissioning process• Producing a weekly progress report which will include a drop line of progress against the commissioning programme, dashboard report from test and commission tracker schedule, four-week look-ahead schedule and a schedule of key issues/observations• Assisting the contractors in the preparation of commissioning documents• Following up, managing and closing out any commissioning issues• Managing with the trade contractors all issues raised and noted on the clients' issues resolution• Reviewing all test documentation for inclusion within the record documentation• Providing assistance to, and interfacing with, the technical author in respect of the O&M• Seasonal Commissioning
