We are Mediabrands, a client-first, consulting-led, community-driven group of 13,000 media and marketing specialists in over 130 countries on a mission to ensure our clients win in the marketplace. Through our diverse community we offer teams of experts who thrive in a culture of excellence, equity, commitment to brand values and media responsibility. The Mediabrands umbrella includes local agencies UM PL, Initiative PL, the Reprise Digital network, plus specialty services like MAGNA, as well as housing our EMEA regional headquarters. We have recently launched marketing intelligence engine Kinesso, which houses our programmatic buying agency Matterkind. CEE Region Management Center is located in Poland. We supervise the activities of Mediabrands in Hungary, Romania and the Czech Rep (plus other affiliates markets i.e. Slowakia, Ukraine and SEE Region). According to RECMA we are the 3rd largest group in PL, the 2nd in HU and the 3rd in RO. We focus on making intensive use of our knowledge and experience to be the best advisor for clients on multiple markets. Therefore regional hubs has been developed to support, e.g. LEGO, J&J and 3M. And…we are still expanding! We added specialistic biddable media hub, made marketing intelligence engine hub, and developed one of the largest analytical hub for local and global clients. It's an exciting time to be in the industry, and even more so to be part of our network. With a huge mix of skills and personalities behind our doors, we have fostered a unique culture of entrepreneurship and empowerment – where every idea is important to us and every employee is an individual.
