MediaClicks is a Toronto web-based customer service provider that has been developing over the past ten years. Starting in 2006 - MediaClicks remains small-scale but over the past year, we have doubled our staff and productivity, and is continuing to expand. Using custom software designed to facilitate working with multiple clients and webpages at once, we are constantly updating this software to be able to provide the most efficient technical service.We are seeking customer service representatives to provide online customer support on various websites, via our custom software to clients who have subscriptions to these websites.
