In March 2011, a group of Afghan media experts, teamed together and founded the company Media Mark. The founding team members, between them, have over 20 years combined media experience in strategic broadcasting, business, and marketing intelligence networks for multimillion dollar contracts for international and national clients including private companies, NGOs, and governments organizations. Media Mark Inc registered with the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) in June 2011 as the first strategic media intelligence and data research company that focuses on the continuous monitoring and analytics of business data. Utilizing world class survey technology, Media Mark generates reports providing readership and viewership opinion based on data gathered from independent survey projects, monitoring of print and electronic media sources, and social media in Afghanistan.
