MediBee Care is a startup based in Copenhagen, Denmark, managed by a little team that are the key figures behind the first app ever developed, with the mission to support all individuals that are going through a withdrawal & tapering processThe Medicine Compass reflects an advanced approach to a profound, worldwide issue. Medical addiction and dependency og prescription drugs, namely painkillers, benzodiazapines and antidepressants. It is a technology based supportive tool, not a medical guide, developed to meet the needs of individuals who are currently depending on drugs that cause painful side-effects, intense relapses, and physical and psychological addictions. I have recovered from a medicine addiction myself, and I have passionately devoted all my time to create a tool with the potential to ease withdrawal. I want to see an end to the misery. The app is being developed to meet personal needs, and pays special attention to individuals who are experiencing the rebound effect, side-effects, withdrawal symptoms and is the progress of withdrawing from a medication after a short or a long term treatment with the above mentioned medications.
