• Medigrids delivers medical test results for clinical & diagnostic service providers, including: radiologists, reference labs, and others that receive test orders from primary care physicians, or extended care providers.• In an inpatient setting, Medigrids is able to deliver ongoing, independently generated test results (e.g. ongoing monitoring of oxygen saturation levels) to the primary care provider, particularly if falling outside of acceptable levels.• Test results are delivered to multiple stakeholders in a secure and HIPAA-compliant manner. Stakeholders, and their proxies, have pre-defined delivery end-points: e-mail addresses, landline, and mobile phone numbers for voice communications.• This messaging and notification process is driven by flexible and dynamic business rules and clinical workflow.• Medigrids is a standards-based (IHE, HITSP, HL7, DICOM, etc) and subscription-based web service, similar to overnight delivery services, but done electronically in real time. All services are provided through a browser. • Medigrids receives the online HL7 test results message streams and immediately transforms them into customizable PDF reports based on the service provider's desired layout, including embedding any sent clinical images.• This resulting PDF is delivered to involved stakeholders (different stakeholders can receive different PDF reports based on their own viewing preferences as well as self-determining individualized delivery schedules and alerts). • The subscribing service provider may brand, insert changing announcements, and annotate test results with context-sensitive links to external medical resources.• Test report retrieval, documentation of the logged delivery trail, self-registration, updating of delivery paths, and other administrative tasks are performed through the Medigrids web portal.
