I'm Sharon Cleere! I have been using my years of experience with meditation, mindfulness, and yoga to design coping techniques that are the foundation of Corporation Meditation. I am also the author of "Namaste, Rainbow!"As a legal office manager by day, restaurant worker by night, and full-time people pleaser, I used to collect stress like a hobby. This stress didn't lead me anywhere except for the doctor's office. After being diagnosed with depression, anxiety disorder, ADHD, and PTSD I was not finding any relief from medication or therapy. I knew I needed to take action a different approach to regain balance in my life.I left my job, my home, and lifestyle and headed for India where I became a certified yoga instructor and meditation guide, turned to Taoism in China, and became intrigued by mindfulness and auto-hypnosis to healing myself. After a long journey of self-healing, travel, and education I found a new passion for teaching the tools I have cultivated.Today, I jump out of bed with a big smile on my face because my clients are facing their traumas both big and small, transforming their stress, healing their clinical anxiety, depression, ADHD, and gaining mental clarity in all aspects of their life.This is more than a job; I'm on a mission to elevate mental stress and blockages something that 77% of Americans say they struggle with to the extent of experiencing physical and mental ailments.
