An organization's data are analyzed and continually monitored, with knowledge returned to them via online medical management apps, including: 1. Medical Loss Reserve Watch Predictive analytics methodologies are used to identify cost drivers in an organization's data and alert claims reps when reserves for a claim need attention. The reasons for the reserve alert are listed and the probable ultimate medical costs for the claim are portrayed. For convenience, the claim history is summarized. Medical case management is automatically notified based on pre-defined criteria. Finally, objective medical savings at claim closure are calculated based on reserve projections and real-time proactive claims handling. MedMetrics does the work. Data entry is not needed 2. Predictive Intelligence Profiles Profiles contain data elements presented in plain English. MedMetrics populates the profiles with high risk data elements found in predictive analytics of the organization's data. When the data in a claim matches that in a profile, an e-mail alert is sent to the designated person(s) on the profile. MedMetrics does the work. Data entry is not needed. 3. Provider Performance Analysis Over fifty indicators in the data are analyzed to score medical provider performance in managing workers' Compensation cases. Providers are ranked and easy search is provided. 4. Diagnostic Risk Score MedMetrics has scored ICD-9's and 10's in the data for how serious the injury or condition is. Age and comorbidities are included. The scores mount as new medical bills are added to the claim and when a set-point is reached, the designated person(s) are notified.
