We started Meeting Revolution in 2008 with a commitment to our guiding vision toward corporate responsibility. We strive to help our small business and nonprofit clients increase their bottom line while decreasing environmental impacts. We provide our customers with innovative education and creative ideas around sustainability. Our clients will not only understand what the triple bottom line is, but more importantly, they will know how to achieve it. Meeting Revolution seeks to revolutionize small business and nonprofit successes by implementing sustainable business practices, which integrate environmental and social considerations throughout all aspects of the enterprise. We envision a world where enterprise is a force for social, environmental and economic justice. We believe that a better world is possible. Amanda Gourgue founded Meeting Revolution in response to her own moral epiphany about social responsibility, particularly related to a dire need for more sustainable business events. Having planned and attended many business events and conferences, Amanda was troubled by the amount of waste she witnessed firsthand and was determined to use her own professional expertise to be part of a solution to a growing global issue. In response to what she saw as a significant and unmet need for sustainable and green event planning, Amanda Gourgue started Meeting Revolution.Sustainable events provide an opportunity to evoke positive and meaningful change via the implementation of sustainable event planning practices. Amanda's original vision, which remains the company's guidepost, includes a steadfast resolve to help businesses go greener and increase profitability while working smarter. Meeting Revolution is guided by a continued commitment to evoke positive change via corporate responsibility. We support businesses in their efforts to increase their bottom line with this vision serving as our driving force.
