Meijer & Associates is a consultancy specialized in working with (and in) developing countries. The areas we are working in are export, export promotion, institutional development, sme development, investment promotion. We work on macro, meso and micro level. We may be main contractor, subcontractor, consortium member, expert consultant, trainer and/or coordinator. We have worked, and still work, for the EU, Worldbank/IDA, BID, ESCAP, ITC, African development bank, agencies of Dutch ministries (CBI, SenterNovem, EVD) , and USAID. Export (and Business) Development organizations, including Chambers of Commerce, associations and departments of ministries, are direct clients or recipients of programs supported by the international donors. We have developed methodologies to help enterpreneurs to develop visons and develop business models that convert a vision into cashflow.
