Me.jpmh is the content and communications agency with an individual point of view. We create People Shaped Ideas for the new World of Me. We're a strong minded, opinionated and fiercely independent company, based in London, and working with some of the world's best brands, since 2002. We see brands outside in. We insist on looking at them through the eyes of the people who buy them. We don't just walk a mile in customers' shoes. We jog, run and dance in them. Because customers are more in control than ever before. More empowered. Better connected. More demanding and more dismissive. Today's most powerful marketing is done by customers not marketers. As a result brands need to speak an altogether different language. Where they listen, not shout. Join in, not interrupt. Engage rather than direct. Involve rather than sell. So we sit on the Me side of the fence. Taking the customer's perspective gives us the freedom to see things differently. And by thinking about what shapes people we create People Shaped Ideas. Ideas built from the customer up not the brand down. A brand is no longer what you tell people it is. It's what people tell people it is.
