Mekkis Labs was a finalist in the MIT Global Startup Workshop in March 2011 with its line of Listen & Speak concept apps. We have developed a language learning system that will get more students to intermediate level English in two years for dollars a month using a library of software that is specifically tailored to the speaker. Our approach is based on the specific problems caused by their first language in perceiving their next language.
