Foundation for the Promotion of Vocational Training and Small Industry which is founded 1985 The purpose was to develop and provide widespread implementation of "Dual Vocational Training Model" based on the cooperation of the school and the labor market to meet training needs of mid-level technical persons and business. MEKSA have arranged short and especially long term programs in 14 provinces-22 centers and trained over 50.000 persons within 25 years of its service.
