Over the past 15 years, we have licensed our systems to service active and closed-blocks of flexible premium UL, VUL (including private placement), interest sensitive whole life for Individual and corporate sponsored market and annuity policies. The company provides ideal systems to maintain legacy blocks and will work with the management to accommodate a fee structure in order to attain insurer's profit objectives. Existing clients will have access to pricing reports based on in-force block.At our core, we are a group of actuaries with over 100 years of combined experience focused on Individual and corporate sponsored market.
