Melanin Men is a special alliance of men of color and The Pan African Association of Ghana to establish and execute a 7 Year Plan to raise the standard of living for people of color around the world. Based in Ghana Africa the organization focuses on developing strategic alliances for business opportunities in Agriculture and Mining across Africa. The business development of these resources is then used to support job creation, housing, education, healthcare and more as a primary objective. We are the conceptual brain trust for the All In One Village which is a developmental program for the marginalized as well as those seeking opportunities for a better life. The program is built around One Million Men who will for three years seed the Trust Program in contributions at 4 various levels based on their capability and desire to support the program. It is the first targeted business effort to establish a business matrix that benefits people of color. By focusing on Agriculture and natural resources we can ensure that we meet the basic needs of people of color through our strategic organic farming program. Our green mining process is the first of its kind. This program is not only focused on nutrition but the development of the African food industry as a major player in organic food production. We have acquired and developed unique energy technologies to deal with power generation and pottable water across the African continent. The membership will be a fraternal group of Melanin Men who will focus on charting the future for people of color with a dynamic and bold long-term plan. Once we reach a million men the program will not seek any more members. These men will be lifetime members and the foundation for global change that will target people of color as a well-crafted plan for raising the standard of living to a level of quality, respect and gratification.
