At Melatech, we are committed to making a difference in healthcare by providing solutions that support healthcare professionals and improve patients’ treatment through optimized clinical workflows. We aim to create powerful synergistic effects between doctors and machines through a combination of domain knowledge, engineering, and design. Over a thousand clinicians are currently using our solutions to improve their proficiency and provide optimal skin cancer diagnostics for many thousand patients. Our goal is to help clinicians from all over the world reach their absolute capacity, ensuring the best possible treatment for patients across the globe. The work environment in Melatech is open and very social, with an average age of about 29 years. Our company is small (7 people to date), and we value freedom, responsibility, skill development, and collaboration above all else. As a start-up we work hard, but we also manage to find time for social activities such as board games, VR-gaming, running, hiking, climbing, and the continuous sharing of beer- and coffee-brewing knowledge.
